CONTACT US to schedule a tour of one of our available homes. You can also call 512-994-4449 during normal business hours to schedule a tour.

Please review our Application Criteria HERE before applying. Please ensure you meet all requirements BEFORE spending your hard-earned money on the application fee! If you have any questions regarding the Application Criteria, contact us before applying. There is a NON-Refundable application fee of $60 per adult. Anyone living in the home that is 18 or older will need to submit an application. Once approved, there will be a $100 administration fee charged per household that will be due at the time of move in. 

Great! Now that you know which house you want to call home, let’s get your application submitted. Find your new address on the list of our Available Homes and click on Apply Now. This will take you to our Online Application.

Once we have all the necessary information to process your application, in most cases we will have a response within 1-2 business days. If any information is missing, such as proof of income, the approval process may take longer. For the quickest response, please review the Application Criteria to ensure you are pre-qualified and have provided all necessary documentation.

We recommend beginning your search 30-60 days prior to your desired move-in date, as most leases require current tenants to provide this amount of notice, resulting in available rental units coming onto the market during this period.

All rent will be paid via your Resident Portal. You will have the option to pay with an e-check at no additional cost. You will need your bank’s routing number and your personal account number. You will also have the option to pay with a debit or credit card. Please note that paying with a card will include a fee equal to 2.99%.

Rent is always due on the first of each month. There is a 2-day grace period before late fees are assessed on the 4thof the month. Please reference your lease contract for additional details regarding late fees.

If you have an EMERGENCY Maintenance issue, please reference your Move in Packet to help determine your next step, depending on the nature of the emergency. Please email your property manager and type EMERGENCY in the subject line along with your address. Someone from our team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have a non-emergency maintenance concern, please submit a work order through your tenant portal. We will contact you the following business day to address your concern. If it is determined that we will need to send a vendor, we will help coordinate with our preferred vendor and get it scheduled. AN ADULT MUST BE HOME TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE VENDOR. Please keep this in mind when scheduling. We will NOT give keys to vendors to access your home. If you have a scheduled appointment and are not home at that time, a trip fee may be assessed.

Yes, please! In fact, it is important that you contact us prior to bringing the pet into your home. Pet policies can vary from home to home, so please ensure your home will allow a new pet. If authorized, we will ask that you fill out and sign an Animal Addendum and pay any applicable pet deposits/fees before bringing your new friend home!
