Starting as a rental locator in Austin, TX, Niki quickly ascended to roles as an agent mentor & trainer, and later, into management. Niki’s expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, including long-term rentals, short-term vacation rentals, new home sales, resales, investment properties, and apartment locating. Notably, she has also made a significant impact as a corporate trainer for real estate companies, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of learning and development strategies for sales teams. Additionally, Niki is certified as a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist. Despite a proven track record of efficiently closing deals, Niki maintains a grounded demeanor and approach.
